Complete exterior stucco systems: replacing failing stucco on existing homes and buildings, and new three-coat stucco for new construction, additions and ADUs.
A full stucco system is the whole wall assembly: lath, scratch coat, brown coat and finish coat. When stucco is failing across large areas of a building, replacing the system can be the lasting fix that patching is not. On new construction, additions and ADUs, we install the complete three-coat system.
Our own crews also handle the work around the stucco: dry rot repair in the framing, waterproofing at windows and openings, and a finish coat in the color and texture you choose. We work for homeowners, general contractors and property owners, on single-family homes, multifamily and commercial buildings.

Frequently asked.
When does stucco need to be replaced instead of repaired?
When cracking, bulging, loose stucco or moisture problems run across large areas of a wall, patching tends to chase the problem. Replacing the system lets the lath, flashing and waterproofing be done right. After a site walk we will tell you whether repair or replacement makes sense.
Do you work with general contractors and builders?
Yes. Much of our new-construction stucco is for general contractors and builders. Send plans or a scope to [email protected] or use the form on this page, and we will return a written bid.
Do you handle the dry rot and waterproofing behind the stucco?
Yes. When framing is damaged we repair it before the new system goes on (see Dryrot Repair), and we can waterproof windows and other openings as part of the same job (see Waterproofing).
Do you serve my city for re-stucco & new stucco?
Yes — we serve all of Marin County (San Rafael, Novato, Mill Valley, Tiburon, Sausalito, San Anselmo, Fairfax, Larkspur), San Francisco, the East Bay (Oakland, Berkeley, El Cerrito, Richmond), Hillsborough on the Peninsula, and the Wine Country (Napa, Sonoma, St. Helena, Healdsburg, Santa Rosa).
How fast can you provide an estimate?
We will respond as soon as possible to every inquiry. After a quick walkthrough or set of plans, we send a detailed written estimate — no surprises, no upselling.
Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?
Yes. CA Lic. #973914, fully bonded and insured. Certificates of insurance available on request before any work starts.
